At Â鶹¹ÙÍø, we believe cost should never stand in the way of a world-class education. That’s why we have launched the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tuition-Free Guarantee, a bold initiative that covers 100 percent of undergraduate tuition for eligible students.

Beginning fall 2026, new first-year and transfer students from North and South Carolina with a family adjusted gross income (AGI) of $100,000 or less will have their tuition fully covered for up to four years (eight semesters). This award is provided entirely through scholarships and grants — student and parent loans are not packaged or included as part of the guarantee.

This program reflects Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s commitment to support students and families, expand access and invest in future leaders who will serve and shape our communities.

Eligibility at a Glance

To qualify for the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Guarantee, students must:

• Be a first-year or transfer undergraduate admitted to Â鶹¹ÙÍø.
• Be a resident of North or South Carolina.
• Have a family adjusted gross income (AGI) of $100,000 or less as determined by the FAFSA.
• Enroll full time in a traditional undergraduate program. 

Not Eligible

• Current Â鶹¹ÙÍø students. Students currently enrolled at Â鶹¹ÙÍø continue to receive the financial aid awards they were promised at the time of enrollment. Returning students continue to benefit from our strong commitment to need-based financial aid.
• Â鶹¹ÙÍø Online students (tuition for this program is already discounted)
• High School Scholars Academy students
• University Christian High School students enrolled at Â鶹¹ÙÍø as dual-enrolled students
• Graduate students
