Isabella McKinnon joined Â鶹¹ÙÍø in June 2026 as the administrative associate for student experience. In her role, McKinnon provides administrative support to the vice president for student experience and assists in coordinating initiatives that enrich campus life and promote student success.

Prior to joining Â鶹¹ÙÍø, she gained experience in Appalachian State University's Dean of Students Office, building expertise in student support and higher education administration. Isabella is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive campus environment that empowers students to thrive academically and personally.
