Participating in community service is a great way to connect with other students, build leadership skills and make a difference in the community. You will find friends with interests that match your own while giving back to those around you.

  • Bears Garden Club

    The Bears Garden Club brings together Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø students who share a passion for gardening, plant care and hands-on horticulture. Whether you're an experienced grower or just getting your hands dirty for the first time, our club hosts fun workshops, campus planting events and green spaces that foster wellness, sustainability and community connection.

  • Best Buddies

    Best Buddies is part of the global nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering social inclusion, personal growth and community engagement for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Strategies for Ecology Education, Diversity and Sustainability (SEEDS)

    Strategies for Ecology Education, Diversity and Sustainability (SEEDS) focuses on providing engaging experiences aimed towards ecological and environmental sustainability education – including opportunities for minorities in STEM as they are historically underrepresented in fields such as ecology. SEEDS strive to provide a space on campus for those interested in the things SEEDS stands for to come together and form a community, whether they are a science major or not.

  • Suicide, Abuse & Rape Awareness

    The Suicide, Abuse and Rape Awareness club is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive and informed campus community. Through education, advocacy and collaborative outreach events, the group works to raise awareness around critical mental health and personal safety topics, break down social stigmas and empower students with vital resources for support and prevention.
